APPOINTMENTS & SERVICES
All appointments are subject to availability. Nails Life Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary to ensure proper service management.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all booking information provided is accurate and up to date.
PAYMENTS
Payment is required at the time of service. Nails Life Studio accepts all approved payment methods available in the salon.
In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure certain services or appointments.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Missed appointments without prior notice may lead to limitations on future bookings or the requirement of a deposit to secure future services.

At Nails Life Studio, we aim to deliver the highest quality service experience. Any concerns should be addressed before leaving the salon so we can make appropriate adjustments when possible.
Please note that we do not offer refunds after services have been completed.
