Our policies are designed to ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxing, and elevated salon experience. Please review the following information prior to your visit.

APPOINTMENTS & WALK-INS

We gladly welcome both appointments and walk-in guests, with walk-ins accommodated according to availability.

To reserve your preferred appointment time, we recommend booking in advance. For phone bookings, please contact the salon at least one hour before your desired appointment time.

Guests are kindly encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and preparation before services begin.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

We understand that unexpected schedule changes can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request advance notice to help us accommodate all guests smoothly.

Appointments missed without notification will be treated as a no-show.

To maintain fairness and availability for all clients, repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future reservations.

GRACE PERIOD

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, a 10-minute grace period is allowed for scheduled appointments. Arrivals after this window may require modifications to your service or rescheduling based on salon availability.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

To ensure your reservation is secured, appointment confirmation is required.

A confirmation link will be sent via text message and/or email. Appointments that are not confirmed within the required time frame may be automatically released or canceled.

Please verify that all contact information is accurate when booking your appointment.

CHILDREN POLICY

We truly adore children; however, to ensure safety and preserve a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere for all guests, children not receiving services are not permitted in the service area.

GROUP BOOKINGS & PARTIES

For group reservations, the following deposit policy applies:
 

  • Parties of 3 or more: $50 deposit required

  • Parties of 6 or more: $100 deposit required
     

To ensure the best possible experience and proper scheduling, all group appointments must be booked by phone. We kindly ask all guests to arrive promptly at their scheduled time.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We take pride in delivering high-quality results and stand behind our services.

Enhancement and gel polish services include a 5-day service guarantee for minor adjustments. This guarantee does not cover breakage or damage caused after your appointment.

Please note that traditional polish services are not covered under this guarantee.

GEL-X SERVICES

Gel-X services are non-refundable.

This service is best performed on healthy natural nails to ensure optimal results and longevity. If your nail condition is not suitable, our technicians may recommend a more appropriate alternative service for your safety and outcome.

ADJUSTMENTS & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If you have any concerns about your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we may make appropriate adjustments.

Please note that we do not offer refunds once services have been completed and the client has left the salon.

SERVICE CONDITION DISCLAIMER

Please note that services are not guaranteed in the event of physical damage occurring after your appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are subject to the following terms:

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Must be presented at the time of service redemption

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Any altered or tampered certificates will be deemed void.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Has a contagious nail or skin condition

  • Has open or infected wounds in the service area

  • Appears unwell or may be at risk during the service

  • Displays rude, disrespectful, or non-cooperative behavior

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
