To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for every client, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before your visit.
APPOINTMENTS & WALK-INS
We welcome both appointments and walk-in guests. Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability.
Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time. For phone bookings, please call at least one hour in advance.
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
We understand that schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us in advance.
Missed appointments without notice will be considered a no-show.
After repeated no-shows or late cancellations, a deposit may be required for future bookings.
GRACE PERIOD
A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. After this time, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
To secure your appointment, confirmation is required.
You will receive a text and/or email with a confirmation link. Appointments that are not confirmed within the designated time frame may be automatically canceled.
Please ensure your contact information is entered correctly at the time of booking.
CHILDREN POLICY
While we adore children, for safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, children not receiving services are not permitted in the service area.
We appreciate your understanding.
GROUP BOOKINGS & PARTIES
For group reservations:

Parties of 3 or more: $50 deposit required

Parties of 6 or more: $100 deposit required
All group appointments must be scheduled by phone to ensure proper accommodation. We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our work.
Enhancements and gel polish services are covered under a 5-day service guarantee for adjustments, excluding breakage or physical damage.
Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
GEL-X SERVICES
Gel-X services are non-refundable.
For best results, this service requires a healthy natural nail. If your nail condition is not suitable, our technicians may recommend an alternative service.
ADJUSTMENTS & REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you have any concerns, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make adjustments.
We do not offer refunds once services have been completed and you have left the salon.
SERVICE CONDITION DISCLAIMER
Services are not guaranteed in cases of physical damage after your appointment.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates:

Valid for 6 months from purchase date

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Any altered or tampered cards will be void.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

Has a contagious nail or skin condition

Has open or infected wounds in the service area

Appears unwell or may be at risk during service

Displays rude, disrespectful, or non-cooperative behavior
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of any updates.
