Appointments/Walk in: We gladly accept walk in and appointments. However walk in clients are first come first serve based. Phone call appointments are at least 1 hour in advance. To better assist you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.


Cancellation/No Shows: Ifa client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice or fails to inform us about a cancellation, it will be considered a "no-show." After the grace period, the appointment may be forfeited, and future deposits are enforced for future booking


Ten Minute Grace Period: Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period for their scheduled appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate such situations within reason.


Appointment Confirmation (NEW & IMPORTANT):

Our new system will send out email/text to confirm appointment. There will be a link. Any unconfirmed appointments pass the confirmation period will be subject to auto cancellation.
Please make sure you enter your email and phone number correctly before submitting.

.Tech Request Last Minute Cancellation/Reschedule:
If you cancel or have a last-minute cancellation for a tech request more than three times, a $50 deposit will be required for all future bookings with the requested technician. This deposit ensures commitment and will be applied towards the service cost. Thank you for your understanding.


Children Policy: We love children! However due to safety reasons and relaxation purposes of our customers all children who are not being service will not be allowed in our spa area. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.


Gift Certificates: All gift certificates expire within 6 months of purchase date. No refunds/cash value/extensions. We are not liable for any lost or damaged gift cards. Any gift card that is tampered will be automatically void.  Must be present at time of service.



  • Party of 3 or more will require $50 deposit.

  • Party 6 or more will require $100 deposit.

  • All parties must arrive on time

For parties of 3 or more, kindly call the salon to book your appointment. This ensures we can provide the best service and accommodate your group efficiently.

Guarantee: Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed with 5 business day grace period. Excluding breakages. Traditional polish service is not guaranteed.


Gel X Guarantee: Please be advised that we do not offer refunds for the GelX service. It is essential to note that if your nail beds are not in a healthy condition, we do not recommend this service. GelX requires a suitable and healthy nail bed for optimal results. Your understanding is appreciated. If you have any concerns, feel free to consult with our technicians before choosing this service.

Refunds: If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given after you leave the salon.


Physical Damage Inspection Policy:

(Within the grace period, if we suspect any physical damage to the provided services , we cannot guarantee the service.)


We Reserve the Right to refuse service to:

  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect contagious

  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

  • Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our providers

  • Rude, Mean, or Disrespectful , Non Cooperative
